Remedial Massage

A therapeutic therapy which treats muscles that are injured, knotted, tense or immobilised. This treatment combines many techniques therefore your treatment will be adapted for your individual needs based upon your consultation. These techniques may include deep tissue massage, postural corrective techniques, acupressure massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive movement and stretching, Dry needling, Ear seeding and/or use of a massage gun. Caroline, your therapist, is a fully qualified Remedial Therapist and is fully insured to practise this therapy. Caroline is also a fully qualified Physiotherapist in Brazil and therefore she is able to pass on her 10+ years of knowledge onto you and her treatments.
