Bookings & Cancellation Policy
It is encouraged that you make an appointment in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. Bookings made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome based upon availability. Please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation so as someone else can avail of your appointment. A full cancellation fee shall be charged with cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment. Arriving late for your appointment may shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied.

Prior to treatment
Try to avoid eating large meals before treatments. Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment so as to prepare for your treatment. A consultation is given before every treatment, please inform your therapist of any health problems, recent surgery or if you are pregnant. Notify your therapist of any area you would like to be focused on or avoided. Treatments are completely confidential.
Reflexology and Reiki may be practised by removing only your footwear, however a robe can be provided to experience maximum comfort. All other treatments are performed directly on the skin and therefore removal of clothing may be required. For your modesty and comfort, specific towel techniques are used so that only the necessary body area is exposed at one time. Underwear is required to be worn at all times.
During the treatment
Let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort, communication is important allowing you to experience the best out of your treatment. If you like to chat or if you prefer to remain quiet during your treatment, either way your wish is granted. Close your eyes and allow your mind to be free. Breathe deeply and let the tension slip away with each breath. Remember, this time is for you.
After the treatment
It is advisable to avoid caffeinated drinks, alcohol and strenuous exercise for the reminder of the day. Please drink plenty of water and/or herbal teas to flush out the system and re-hydrate the body. Remember, wrap yourself up and keep warm, and if you are able why not reward yourself and take the rest of the day off.
